Video therapy: Psychologists also recommend video therapies that significantly assist in combating the root cause of the depression. These videos mainly have depression test, counseling session and one to one talking sessions from the group of expert psychologists. The group may include counselors, registered therapists, pastors and psychologists. They help to instigate and encourage people to adopt the positive side of life through different techniques.
